How to Style a Batwing Jumper Part II

February is not a bad winter month in London. The temperatures are really mild and you get to see the sun more. It’s not yet spring but the weather leading up to it is great for wearing those three quarter sleeved knits that you can’t wear in December because it’s too cold and you can’t wait until April when it’s too warm.

For me, this is the perfect time to wear my gorgeous roll-neck batwing jumper from Reiss which has been one of my favourite pieces this winter season.

In a previous post, I wrote about how I love to wear it with tailored trousers for a workday or for a chilled outing with friends when complemented by the right accessories. I received a lot of questions about how I would wear it with a skirt so I decided to make this article part two on how to style a batwing jumper.

You know I love my skirts and knits during winter, and I’m always looking for more ideas to make the most of my summer skirts and dresses during the cold seasons by layering them with the comfiest of jumpers. If you are looking for a stylish outfit this winter, then wearing this gorgeous batwing jumper with a tulle skirt will make a stunning combo. The mix of textures and styles is absolutely gorgeous – the casual, yet chic batwing silhouette combined with the romantic tulle make it a perfect choice for a brunch date or a night out if paired with statement earrings and heels instead of boots.
